We are known to a small group of gun manufacturers for our high-quality rifle and handgun barrels. We utilize 98% of our capacity for our firearm industry partners. Our B2B sales background and passion for both metal cutting and firearms have helped us create our current iteration of barrel manufacturing services for a wide range of premium rifle and pistol barrel manufacturers.
Our barrels are manufactured with gun barrel quality, 4140 and 4150 chrome moly steel and gun barrel quality 410 or 416R stainless steel.
Our production operation for barrels is in Knoxville, TN, all made in America. All barrels are manufactured in-house by a fantastic team of highly trained operators and machinists.
We do not currently perform coating operations in house but rely on strategic partnerships for black nitride and PVD coatings. We provide our customers with barrels ready to assemble into a firearm.
