G19 Gen 3 Standard Slide Assembly w/Threaded Engraved Barrel

I used this for a Polyem80 Build. The slide and barrel are better than an original Glock. Nice styling great finish and fit. The only issue I had was the extractor. It was a little too tight and not cut properly to allow the case rim to transition from the angle out of the magazine into battery. I used some diamond hones to adjust the shape it, then polished it, which worked. The feed ramp appeared smooth but it had a black finish that was not slippery, I polished the feed ramp to a mirrow finish with a Dremel tool. Also the edge of the mouth of the chamber other than the feed ramp had a sharp edge, so smoothed that out and polished. I expect these issues which is part of the fun of a build project. Over all excellent final product. Would buy again.

I am very happy with my TK slide. I purchased the g19 slide a few months and it is exactly what I ordered. I would recommend this to other people.

I have two uppers and put 150 rounds through each today. Both needed 10-15 rounds to break in and run reliably- they were failing to return fully to battery. Besides the first few rounds there were no stoppages. Shot to point of aim at 10 yards with 115gr ammo. Only problem is on one slide the rear sight fell off and is now lost. After 130 rounds on the slide looking at my target I had a weird string of shots going left. Figured I was just getting tired. Didn’t realize till I got home the sight was gone. The rear sight loosened up while shooting and must have fell out on the bench when I set it down. I checked the other rear sight on the other upper and while not loose I can move it just a hair left and right with my fingers. Both are getting new rear sights now. Kinda sad since I liked the ones installed.

The customer service was quick and polite. Product was well machined, great looking and had zero tolerance issues pared with the frame. I’ve only ran a couple hundred rounds through but no hiccups thus far.

Slide is nice fits perfect on strike 80 or polymer 80 as well as Glock 19. Only Reason I gave a 4 star because the guide rod spring is a little messy but I replaced it with a Wilson stainless steel guide rod and spring. It works flawlessly.

I would like to lead off with I am not the average user of products like this.. I am in fact a school trained gunsmith (with a degree). Not only many years experience in this field but pervious experience in the military with multiple platforms or calibers. Overall first appearance it looks really good, the machining of the slide is very good and upon measurement falls within the specification. The initial function of the slide was, however not so great. Maybe it was just this one slide not sure there were burs left from the machining process that initially prevented the proper fit of the slide to rail. In my experience mainly with glocks if you attempt to force the slide you run the risk of snapping the rail off. After some close inspection and a bit of mild filing or use of some really fine grit paper I use it cleared it up straight away. I know that many people have, will or do complain about long wait/shipping times I am not going to do that as I understand what goes into making these types of items. I will however comment on if you as a business owner send an email, carrier pigeon or otherwise tell a customer that YOUR product will be out for shipment and weeks go by after that time with no update well that looks bad. Again over the complete slide looks great, once I am done with the cerakote job we will test the function and see from there. Thank you.
